The fashion massages for Thai clients is refreshingly different from the expat and tourist joint. Amazingly, it’s much more expensive. The therapists are new at their work in most places. They seem to come from provinces on 2 or 3 month contracts until they make enough money and then they return back home. In tourists places they are more career working horses who work the same job until they get too old. It’s mandatory to speak at least basic Thai to have a good time and you need to be very polite to get good service. Enjoy!
